Electric vehicles in our fleet: a complete success!
Our company fleet is becoming increasingly electric, as many of our sales staff and an increasing number of ADS-TEC Energy employees are choosing electric cars. The entire ADS-TEC fleet currently includes 55 purely electric vehicles. They can be charged on our own premises at wallboxes and two ultra-fast charging stations. This is convenient and very efficient.
Save time and money with quick-charging systems from ADS-TEC Energy
"Just think of the net working time saved by employees and customers – if they can drive directly to their next appointment without having to make a detour to a public charging station. These are expensive and time-consuming journeys that can be avoided," says Thomas Speidel, CEO of ADS-TEC Energy, from many years of experience. "With our battery-buffered charging solutions ChargeBox and ChargePost, we can charge ultra-fast with up to 320 kW and are more flexible and independent than ever."
Set up ChargePost directly – without grid expansion
The ultra-fast charging solutions have an integrated battery. This means that electric vehicles can be recharged in a few minutes instead of hours, even on existing power-limited networks. A standard power connection is all that is needed. No new transformer is required, and there is no need for expensive network expansion. On top of that, you save on building cost subsidies and permanently high power prices. The battery is also used for other purposes. "We can use our cheap PV electricity for charging. On our company roof in Nürtingen alone, we have an annual yield of 200 MWh. There is no more sustainable and cheaper solution than to use your own electricity directly," explains Speidel.

In addition, there are federal subsidies for fast charging points from 150 kW. For charging stations such as ChargePost or ChargeBox, each with two charging points, this currently amounts to around EUR 60,000 per station. Regardless of this, companies can use depreciation.
The already internationally successful use in places with a weak grid, such as car dealerships, companies or petrol stations, proves that fast charging is possible without expanding the grid. Everywhere, conveniently and at an attractive price.
