The motorcycle group of the federation started their 20th friendship tour under the theme “The mountain calls”. The starting point for the 5 days’ trip was the Bavarian Parliament. From Munich the route led over spectacular Alpine passes at the border triangle Austria-Switzerland-Italy. The Federal Motorcycle Group is composed of participants of the Bundestag, the Federal Chancellery, various federal ministries and high-ranking representatives from the industry.

ADS-TEC supported the motorcycle tour 2019 as a sponsor. Every year the International Friendship Tour serves a good cause. The machines are provided free of charge by motorcycle companies and the riders need to pay a rental fee to support a charitable organisation. This year the German bikers supported with their donation the campaign "Wings for life", a foundation for people with spinal cord injuries.
